I will need the phones passcode and Find my iPhone turned OFF. ------->

If a restore cannot be done, their is something wrong with your iPhone's motherboard (cracked/damaged). You will have to get a new device.

Get Rid of Unwanted Device(s)

1. Make sure find my iPhone is disabled. You can do this by going to Settings>iCloud>Find My iPhone>Off

2. Turn off your device.

3. Put it in the bin by the door.
